The Role

As a BI Developer, you’ll be part of a dynamic, collaborative team where you work closely with stakeholders across both tech and business. You’ll transform complex, real-time data into actionable insights that support innovation, product development and strategic decision-making within the organization - ultimately helping to protect homes and save lives.

Your main focus will be on SQL, PowerBI and our modern data platform (Snowflake, Azure). Your work will include designing data models and pipelines, building powerful dashboards and ensuring data quality across multiple sources.

You will be responsible for:

• Working extensively with databases and advanced SQL to ensure high data quality, availability and performance across multiple data sources.

• Developing impactful dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI.

• Designing and maintaining scalable data models and BI solutions within a modern Azure/Snowflake-based data platform.

• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and turn them into data-driven solutions.

We are looking for experience with:

• Strong SQL and database knowledge.

• Power BI and experience working with BI/data platforms and data modeling.

• Curiosity and eagerness to develop further within BI and cloud platforms, ideally Azure and Snowflake.

• A collaborative mindset and the desire to contribute to a culture of teamwork and growth.
